Theres nothing easier than puling your hair back into a ponytail - especially when you are having a "bad hair day", I mean its a no brainer - so when I saw Valentino's models walking down the runway with these gorgeous bubble ponytails I was smitten, and its so easy to get the same look. If you don't have really long hair all you need is a couple of hair extensions and some elastics from the drugstore. Easy as 1-2-3!
Here's how to recreate this look from Redken creative consultant Guido Palau:
He crafted a sleek-but-playful look by applying Guts 10 Root Targeted Volume Spray Foam to the models' damp hair before blowing it bone straight, then creating a center part between the brows and pulling it all back into a low pony that covered the ears. He then placed thin, black elastics every two to three inches down the ponytail and spread the hair out between the elastics with his fingers to get the puffed pony before sealing it with fluffy clouds of Forceful 23 Super Strength Finishing Spray.
