H&M New Icons Collection

The clothing mega chain  - which we can barely keep up with - has announced a new collection inspired by four of the industry's top models.
H&M teamed up with Joan Smalls, Daphne Graveled, Lindsey Wixon and Liu Wen which will see its debut at the beginning of April.

There are a couple of pieces I already have my eyes on like the silver embossed vest Joan is wearing and the lace skirt and leather jacket on Liu are on my list. Which pieces do you love?

Pantone Colour of the Season {Emerald Green}

For 2013 Emerald Green is the new colour of the season according to the Pantone's Colour Institute. When I think of green I imagine - organic, lush plants and islands, the rainforest, emerald and garnet gems and of course good ole ST Patty's Day! 

It has actually always been one of my favourite colours and fairs well with strawberry blondes.

High Street Hot List {My Picks}

With Spring just around the bend I've been consciously surfing the web looking at all the online stores new goodies. Here a some of the items high on my wish list! For Now!

H&M {Conscious Partywear Collection}

H&M will launch a new partywear collection which is an extension of their current Conscious Collection. I love that each piece is made from sustainable materials including organic cotton, recycled polyamide and Tencel.  The collection will be available from April 4th.

F/W 2013 Bag Trends

Some of my favorite bags from the F/W 2013 shows - everything from tiny clutches to bold totes. There's not an ounce of boring here. I'm especially loving Burberry's lineup as seen below, the mix of animal prints, fringe and grommets make for such a chic and cool accent.

Then onto Celine's simple, clean zip top pouchettes.

Balenciaga kept it simple with structured bags in different textured leathers

Dolce & Gabbana wowed with over the top embellishment, baroque box bags and boxy snakeskin.

At Chanel apart from the new seasonal bags we see the classics being experimented with a new shape. The "boy" bag will be available in patent, iridescent leather as well as matte croc, and also a new style which looks like two bags joined together at the hip. As if one wasn't good enough!

Candice Lake Gets Hitched

Model, Blogger and Photographer Candice Lake recently got married in Sydney in a completely stunning custom made gown by one of my favorite and (in my closet) designers Alberta Ferretti. Her only design requests - lace and a low back. Ferretti created this look with a white chiffon and tulle dress cut on the bias and a slight chiffon drape that flutters with movement.

The ceremony took place in stunning Sydney, Australia overlooking the ocean in her new hubby's (Didier Ryan) parents garden. A bohemian and relaxed feel as seen in the below photos.
