All Punked Out

I love the rebel look, a little punk mixed in with a little chicness. Thanks so Hedi Slimane's comeback on the catwalks for the Autumn/Winter 2013/2014 collections and a little reinvention, punk has been revived.

 And last but not least my obsession at the moment are these sick boots by who else Hedi Slimane, available on luisaviaroma in a different version.

Celine RTW {Winter 2013}

Modern minimalism, yet feminine is a good way to describe Phoebe Philo's collection for W/13. 

Circle skirts and effortless dresses in alabaster shades, drop shoulder coats with wide lapels were just some of the pieces seen on models walking down a cobblestone runway in a bright "lightbox", which made it easier to see the different fabrics she used such as, boiled wool, wood crepe, mink and check tweeds. And of course I love the ankle rider platform boots plus the thigh high boots in calfskin.

People are forever trying to imitate the Kate Moss look—rarely successfully. To hear Moss describe it, her approach to fashion and beauty is simple. "I try and be a little bit chic," she says. "I wouldn't wear sweatpants. I wouldn't wear a twinset." And whatever she wears, she makes a point of making it her own. "With confidence, I think anyone can get a dress and make it their own. I don't think you should have it off the runway and wear it like they want you to wear it. You know, with their hair and makeup—their woman. I just think it's boring. You have to make it your own. That's what fashion is all about."

Return of The Supermodel {Christy Turlington}

At 44 years old Christy could run neck to neck with the Cara's of the modelling world. She just looks amazing and has been one of my all time favorite model from the 80's and '90's. Her latest campaigns for designers such as Jason Wu in his laid back fall images seen looking fresh faced with tousled hair, is sheer perfection, and the Calvin Klein Ads shot by Mario Sorrenti is well more than stunning.
