Miranda Kerr {Swimsuit - Body Ready}

Miranda Kerr not only looks beautiful on the outside but what she puts into her body reflects on the outside. I believe the same for just us average folk. She is featured n net-a-porter's The Edit issue Swimsuit Edition. She shares her first of a series of exclusive lifestyle videos shes made for net-a-porter titled The Body Beautiful.
In the video below she shares her morning shake that she has everyday using her Vitamix which she quotes
 "Boys like their cars, I like my Vitamix". I own one and can vouch that its the best blender around, a little pricey but totally worth the money. I need to try this recipe below.

Miranda's talks through her Morning Shake ingredients:
"Water from a fresh coconut, and also cold pressed coconut milk.
Acai powder...a potent source of anti-oxidants.
Goji berries (which I sometimes as a treat I like to add in dark chocolate covered goji berries)
Spirulina. It's often described as the most complete food source in the world.
Raw cacao powder. It's cold pressed and doesn't contain chemicals.
Macca powder. It's really energising and revitalising.
Chia seeds. A fantastic source of calcium, magnesium; they also contain lots of iron and are also really high in fibre.
Vegan rice powder. Lean muscle mass and helps maintain energy levels throughout the day. It's really good to contain the body's blood sugar levels."
