If you're not familiar with the Italian company Ittierre SPA, they are a leader in the apparel industry for young brand lines with show rooms in Milan, Rome, Paris, Hong Kong and established partners in worldwide markets.
They oversee the distribution of brands such as Karl Lagerfeld, Tommy Hilfiger and Pierre Balmain, Galliano, Costume National, Aquascutum and Guy Laroche.
Mugler who is currently owned by the Clarins Group may be the next label to be snapped up by Ittierre SPA. Mugler is currently working on a Paris Cabaret which will launch in December.
