Dresses Over Pants {2014 Trend}

Is this the next trend? Emma Watson started a buzz when she showed up at the Globe Awards in a red apron backless dress over cropped black cigarette pants from Raf Simons most recent Dior Haute Couture collection and she looked so fresh and original.
